Foued’s experience includes assisting and advising major investors and credit institutions in respect of investments and financings in Algeria and in the MENA region. He has been involved in complex cross-border financing transactions. He has extensive experience in the energy sector in Algeria and has recently advised Edison on an agreement to sell its stake in the North Reggane license in Algeria and Occidental Petroleum on the signing of a USD multibillion production-sharing contract (PSC) extending control over two blocks in Algeria

Foued has also secured important M&A mandates in the consumer and healthcare sectors. Foued worked as a lawyer in renowned international law firms in Paris and London.
